Tessago USA offers free regular ground shipping for all consumer orders over $40 within the United States.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY

Free shipping does not apply to commercial or corporate orders.

Please note, we do not ship on the weekends or on holidays. Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours unless Express Mail method is used.

Please allow 4 additional business days for shipping on personalized/monogrammed products. This also applies to priority and express shipping methods.

Shipping Rates are determined in real time based on order weight and delivery location.

For all orders, you will receive an email confirming your order immediately after a successful order is placed, and a second notifying you of the tracking information once the order leaves our Order Fulfillment Center. If you do not receive a confirmation please contact us to confirm you order and payment were successful. Once your tracking number has been created, your order is no longer eligible

SIGNATURE REQUIRED

A customer signature is required for all orders over $100, express deliveries, and larger or oversized boxes. This will NOT be waived per request. After an order has been delivered to a correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

RETURN TO SENDER

Please make sure all your shipping details are correct. Orders that are returned because of an invalid address or non-delivery due to signature may incur an additional $9.99 shipping charge if they are reshipped.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

For all orders, you will receive an email confirming your order immediately after a successful order is placed, and a second notifying you of the tracking information once the order leaves our Order Fulfillment Center. To track your order, please visit https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input or follow the tracking link found in your order shipment confirmation email. Once your tracking number has been sent, your order is no longer eligible for modification.

FREE SHIPPING IS NOT VALID ON SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES

Unless stated otherwise, any and all fees or costs levied by any foreign government, without limitation, are the responsibility of you, our customer. We are not responsible for customs, duties, tariffs, taxes, import fees or any other fees associated with your order.
