Monogramming/personalization of any product voids the refund policy. Personalized products cannot be refunded or exchanged.
To receive a refund based on the purchase price of the item(s) and back to your original payment method, please take note:
- All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date
- The merchandise must be unused in any way, all tags must be attached and there should be no visible signs of wear or tear;
- For USA customers your refund will be credited to your original method of payment less 12% of the value of goods you will be returning plus an additional $9.99 USD return shipping fee.
- For international customers your refund will be credited to your original method of payment less 12% of the value of goods you will be returning. Please choose your own method of shipment to have your item(s) returned with.
- We are also not responsible for lost returned packages, and we recommend you insure and track your package. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment.
REFUND PROCESSING TIME
Return processing normally takes between 7-14 business days depending on your bank or credit card provider.
We are not responsible for re-shipping costs if the package is returned to our Order Fulfillment Center due to multiple failed delivery attempts by the shipping carrier or if you the customer refused to accept the package. Items Returned to Sender will be issued a store credit less the restocking fee of 12%. Redelivery may incur a $9.99 shipping charge.
For international customers (outside the USA) please note that original shipping charges as well as any duties or fees are not refundable. You may choose the shipping carrier of your choice, but return shipping charges are also not refundable. We are unable to accept returns from international customers for unpaid customs taxes and fees, incorrectly addressed orders or refused shipments.
“Final Sale” items can’t be returned or exchanged for any reason.
We don’t accept exchanges, but you’re welcome to go ahead and return the item and place a new order.
